We are excited to announce that Premier Periodontics & Implant Dentistry will be reopening on May 11th, 2020. We are currently in the process of calling to reschedule all patients accordingly. Due to the high volume of patients needing to reschedule, we ask that you please be patient as we go through this process. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing. This may limit scheduling options. We have also implemented new safety protocols in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are very confident that this will help keep our patients/staff healthy and safe moving forward. Please, see below for what you can expect.

*Our office will communicate with you, beforehand, to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again, when you arrive at the office.
*We will be checking you in from your car. Please, call the office when you are in the parking lot. If we are not ready for you, then we will call/text you when it is your turn.
*Only the patient will be allowed to enter the office. If the patient is under the age of 18, one parent may enter and wait in the reception area with their child. A face mask and temperature check will be required while waiting in the reception area. Due to the shortage of masks, we request that you bring your own.
*Brush at home BEFORE your appointment.
*Do not drink anything hot/cold for 30 minutes before your appointment.
*Your temperature will be taken before your appointment. A temperature of 100.5 degrees or higher may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
*You will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon arrival.
*There will be a $25 fee to cover newly required personal protective equipment (PPE) and infection control protocols.
*If you need to update or complete new paperwork, we will send that to you via e-mail, so that you can print it and complete it at home before reporting to your appointment.

If you have any questions or concerns about the new protocols, please, give us a call at 281-298-3244.
Be well and we look forward to seeing you soon!
